Zutaten
- 76 g sunflower CHUNKS
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp sumac
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- Salt
- pepper
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Frying oil
- 50 ml water
Zubereitung
- Marinate: Combine garlic, cumin, coriander seeds, paprika, sumac, sriracha, salt, pepper, and 5 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl. Marinate the sunflower chunks for 10 minutes.
- Browning: Drain off any excess marinade. Fry the sunflower chunks in a little oil in a pan over high heat until golden brown on all sides. Add 50 ml of water and let it simmer briefly.
- Filling: Cut open the flatbread, top with lettuce of your choice, cucumber, or tomato slices. Add sunflowerCHUNKS and drizzle with vegan yogurt dressing.
- Enjoy: Close the flatbread tightly and serve warm immediately.
- Tip: For extra freshness add mint leaves and fresh lemon juice
