Zutaten

  • 76 g sunflower mince
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 tbsp flaxseed flour
  • 2 tbsp sunflower flour/protein
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp chili
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp organic garlic oil
  • Organic frying oil for frying

Zubereitung

Put the organic sunflower mince in a bowl and soak it briefly in the broth.

Place flaxseed flour, organic sunflower protein, tomato paste, paprika powder, oregano, chili, pepper, salt and garlic oil in a bowl.

Add 1-2 crushed garlic cloves and parsley if desired and mix well.

Add the moistened organic sunflower mince and mix everything together.

Now form thumb-sized cevapcici from the mixture. Fry them in a pan or on the grill.

Now you can serve it with dips, vegetables, rice, or noodles as desired. Enjoy!
