  • 2 tbsp sunflowerFamily organic white almond butter
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1–2 tbsp sunflowerFamily organic olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey or plant-based alternative (maple syrup, agave syrup)
  • 1–2 garlic cloves, finely chopped or pressed
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • Water for dilution (as needed)

Zubereitung

  1. Mix: Place almond butter, lemon juice, olive oil, honey and garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk: Stir vigorously with a whisk or fork until a homogeneous, creamy mixture is formed.
  3. Adjust consistency: Gradually add water (1 tbsp at a time) until your desired dressing reaches the perfect consistency.
  4. Seasoning: Season with salt and pepper. Add more lemon or sweetener if desired.
