Zutaten

  • 76 g sunflower mince
  • 1 onion
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 2 tbsp organic garlic oil
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom syrup
  • 1 handful of bean sprouts
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g wonton wrappers
  • Sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • Sauce: 2 tbsp coconut blossom syrup
  • Sauce: 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Sauce: Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Topping: lime, chili, sesame and spring onions

Zubereitung

  1. For the filling, dice the onion, grate the carrot, and finely chop the ginger. Sauté everything in a pan with sunflowerFamily organic garlic oil for a few minutes.
  2. Now add the sunflower mince, soy sauce, coconut blossom syrup, and bean sprouts and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Then fry for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and then let cool.
  3. For the sauce, mix all ingredients together.
  4. To form the wontons, place a teaspoon of the filling into the center of each wrapper. Brush the outer edges with a little water, fold them diagonally, and press firmly. Then fold the corners toward the center, fold them over each other, and press firmly. Repeat this process with all the wontons.
  5. Now boil the wontons in a pot of salted water for 3-4 minutes and carefully remove them with a ladle. Then place them in a deep dish and serve with the toppings and sauce.
