From press cake to protein hero – the production
After harvesting, the sunflower seeds are first pressed into high-quality sunflower oil. What remains is the so-called presscake – rich in protein, fiber, and full of potential. Our sunflowerMACK is then produced from this in a gentle process: deoiled, textured, and dried – entirely without chemical additives. This creates a natural dry product with up to 52 g of protein per 100 g.
